FOOTBALL SCHOOL METTA
Established in 2006, the goal of FS METTA could be summed up as family—football—education, to be achieved through a multi-faceted football environment and infrastructure, fine-tuning the athletic abilities of young people and fostering their intellectual, creative development as well as their sense of responsibility.
In the ten years of its existence, METTA has developed a system where both youngsters in the age group 4-18 and adults, in their team "FS METTA/Latvijas Universitāte", are active participants.
FS METTA is a club that creates traditions that last from childhood to old age.
Other sites
The centre will be located in the place allotted for the spectator stands of the new Hanza stadium's football field. The building will include stands with seating for 1000 spectators, a spacious dressing-room area, premises for fitness training, physical therapy, medical care, accommodation for athletes and administration, as well as a café.
