PLACE ELEVEN

Place Eleven is a 14-storey-high Class A office building that was put into operation, at the end of 2016. The total area of the building is 24 000 m², with 14 500 m² available for lease.

The building has been constructed according to the BREEAM sustainable construction standard. The project won first place in the nomination The Most Sustainable Project in Latvia 2015. Developer: HANNER group.
