Office complex ELEMENTAL Business Centre

ELEMENTAL Skanste office complex class A office buildings are designed in BIM and according to BREEAM standards. The complex includes five office buildings with the total leasable area of 41,400 m². There will be 1,600 parking spaces in the office complex located in the parking house and in the underground parking garages.

The first development phase features a twin 10-story tower office building with the total leasable area of over 20,500 m² and a parking space for 370 cars. The first phase construction works of the two twin tower office building is planned in 2019 and will see the completion by the beginning of 2022. The second development phase includes three office buildings with the total leasable area of over 20,900 m² and the parking house.
